Faculty Association of Community and Technical Colleges

Each college in the Washington two-year college system is entitled to representation on FACTC, and each college defines its own process for selecting and replacing its representative.

The overall strength and system influence of FACTC depends critically on the active participation of ALL colleges in the system, as well as on campus faculty effectively utilizing their FACTC representatives to stay current with key instructional issues facing Washington higher education.

Check the FACTC website for a list of current representatives, and let your rep know you're interested in supporting the organization and staying informed. If there's no current representative, we encourage you to get involved; check with your local faculty association or chief academic officer for more information on the selection process on your campus.
